I called Security Storage at minutes before 6:00 PM with a u-haul full of my daughter’s and kids’ belongings, having spent the very hot day moving their things into the truck. We were hot and tired and another storage place fell through at the last… minute. Frank answered and told us there was a place he could rent out and that he could meet me there in 5 minutes! We drove there and he was patiently waiting for us. He set up everything for my daughter and answered all questions, gave us water and Gatorade for the 8 of us (Inc 5 kids) at the end of a very hot and stressful day. We all needed those, and it was so generous, kind, and thoughtful. He was very patient, and calm during a time when we’d all just felt like we wanted to be done with the day! It helped us push through and most importantly resolved our rather desperate need to store all the things in the truck, and more on a second trip. I’m very grateful he made this stressful moment a calmer one and for him to rent us a space 5 minutes after I called.read more

We have been renting a couple units here for the past couple years. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Frank is WONDERFUL. He helped start my husband’s car when we pulled it out of storage, going above and beyond. Their prices are reasonable… compared to other places I called. Our units were clean and close together which was really helpful when packing up our house. We will definitely use them again in the future should we need storage. Rebecca at the front desk was extremely helpful, professional and proficient. The unit is clean and easily located. Highly recommend.

I did a lot of shopping around. These guys were considerably less expensive than the competition. When I called for details, I actually talked with PEOPLE, instead of automated systems!Mike and Frank, in their front office made my move in, and move… out, not just easy and hassle-free, but actually friendly and enjoyable!Great people, great value.Thanks guys!read more

Security self storage was an excellent choice for my short term storage needs. I rented two units. The staff was amazing especially a gentleman named Frank. Frank helped delver a couple of pallets to keep my valuables off the ground the day I moved… in, when I ran out of room for my belongings in the first unit he scrambled to find me a second. It snowed the day I moved all of belongings out , Frank made sure the snow was plowed, shoveled in front of the doors, salted and offered to help when my help was late.. truly a wonderful gentleman, a great help and a pleasure to talk too.Auto billing was flawless access and security were top notch , I highly recommend security self storage for all your storage needs ask to talk to Frank.Tim Fread more

Excellent secure facility. Clean, safe. The management is excellent and very nice to work with. I’ve had a storage unit here for years and feel lucky to have found such a good place. It’s very secure, but also accessible after hours.

Very happy with this storage facility. My family owns a storage facility (Too far for me to utilize) so my standards are high. The facility is very clean and kept up. Friendly service as well. I’ve chatted with a couple different employees and… both have been respectful and professional. I would recommend this facility to everyone.read more

Looking for a storage unit it was hard to find something that seemed like a secure location and set up, as well as adequate storage units for the weather and capacity. Everything seemed like choosing one over the other or paying 2-3 times as much as… you’d like for both qualities. So I was thrilled when I found Security Self Storage. I am very happy with the price for the unit I am using and the staff have always been respectful for me in our encounters.read more

This place was great! I felt my belongings were very safe and the customer service was fantastic. Frank was very helpful and understanding when I lost my key to my unit! 😁 Definitely would recommend security self storage

I live in Iowa, but work for a company stationed in Wisconsin. I travel a lot for this job (and use a company car) and so I needed a place to store my personal vehicle for months at a time. It’s been six months and I’ve have had no complaints. They… even offer to jump your car if it’s dead upon your return. Which is a pretty nice thing to do.(I was in a rush and didn’t have time to disconnect the battery over this past winter and so I DEFINITELY needed it!)Very safe and reliable storage facility, not to mention easy on the wallet! And the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Especially Frank, he’s as cool as they come. And if you choose this place don’t forget to ask him about his card trick for a quick laugh!!read more

Myself and my husband Brandon M. have rented a space for 6+ years and couldn’t be happier with the space and attentiveness from Frank. The security is top notch with a passcode entry system and cameras all over make us feel safe leaving things… there. Rent from this company!!! Very convenient access but just far enough out of the way to offer privacy.read more

Security self storage made my first time renting a storage unit easy, seamless, and affordable. Everyone who helped me was extremely nice and accommodating. They were very responsive in helping me get a unit during the busy time of year with August… move outs and even provided me with a pallet for free to put on the bottom of my unit to keep my belongings off of the ground. When I returned to pick up my stuff, Becky was super accommodating over the phone and check out was easy. Everything was in perfect condition despite having been stored for over 4 months.read more
